I'd love that in TF2. I love games that support classes that are basically support only, Engi is good but if you wanted to support the engi...

I think the Guard Dog will overthrow TF2's balance as a playable class.

Servers full of only Dogs.
How does one headshot a dog, damnit? Makes my rifle useless.
As an engineer "Buildable", whereas, his dispenser and sentry are replaced with a "Dog House" that spawns dogs every minute after one dies, yes.
That is balanced.

Dusty, I would expect valve to put an auto balancer that only allows like 1 Guard Dog per a team.

They are most likely testing it right now making sure that it can work within TF2 without any problems. I'd give it a 90% it won't be in TF2. Public TF2 shouldn't be a problem but official scrims will more likely have a ban on the class.
