Basically there would be civilian bots that follow you when you get close. They wouldn't have any weapons and would have 50 health.
Your goal would be to escort all the civilians to a safehouse brick. If one gets killed by a zombie they will respawn somewhere nearby and you will have to find them quickly or they will die again and respawn farther back. When they respawn there will be a message on the bottom of your screen telling you how close you are to them and what direction they are in. For their initial spawns, you would place "Civilian Spawns". There would be a message saying how much health all the civillians have.
They would have to wear suits, because all civilians apparently do
It would be nice if their skin color was randomized
