Sending client info takes at least a minute.

How long are we talking here, 2 minutes? That's not long.

If it's over 4, something is wrong.

If its over 4 minutes, its probably ya first time joining a server.

Don't cry about it. Wait 3 loving minutes for the client to load.

Besides, you'll probably get owned by the time you spawn.
