Now seriously, this is killing my computer.

First time I run it, I play for a bit suddenly, my computer gives out this click; I'm like "Oh forget" suddenly, another click and the computer turns off.
I try to turn it on, only to fail, the computer is boiling.
I got a floor fan, a big one and placed it in front of my computer, only after it cooled down it actually turned on again.

Now I can only play mass effect with this fan in front of my computer, and even with the my computer still gets hot while in game.

Now I wonder, what the forget?

Except for background programs like NOD32 and Msn messenger, no.

I should mention, my room is hardly ventilated, meaning that the 4 fans inside my computer don't work as well as they are supposed to.

Also, my Motherboard is from 2007.

Get a better CPU fan, some after market ZALMAN stuff would do. Try to up the rpm's on the fans, or get a case that could support better air flow. If you really feel like one of the cool kids, go for unnecessary water cooling.
