We can probably get a skateboard vehicle, but moveable bricks can't be done, only physics.

The game engine is made specifically to keep all the bricks on a grid, there is absolutely no way of getting them off the grid aside from physics which will reappear on the grid.

You can never get them off the grid, not even in mission editor.
