2) V13 didn't break it, he had an outdated and faulty version.

I noticed that driving a physics vehicle underwater makes your vehicle handle differently than being driven under normal circumstances. Is this new for v13, or was it implemented in Blockland before? I haven't noticed this yet.

Maybe he changes vehicle/water interaction for boats.
