So, GLaDOS is giving me the silent treatment, eh? (Portal sound problems)

So, I'm playing portal and I noticed Glados is not not talking, I opened the developer console and it says that the file is missing or something. What's wrong, and what can I do to fix it?  I tried restarting the game, and even the computer, both didn't work.
