Wristwatch Detonator

I had an idea where you could have a wristwatch, like a Rolex or something, an ordinary one, and throw a bomb. Once this bomb has been thrown, you right click to detonate it. You throw the bomb with left click, run, and detonate. Easy. I thought of this because I always hated getting blown up by stray grenades that you accidently throw and can never get away from.
