If he did do something wrong, or read it wrong, I bet 90% he double and triple checked to make sure. But well, I won't ban him for nothing then, I'll ban him if he annoys me in my server.

I mean if he annoys me to hell or distrubs everyone in my server, I'll ban him or use votekick.

Maybe. If what Ninjaman was doing was against Heed's rules of the server then yes he theoretically deserved it but if he didn't do anything wrong/against the server rules then it's pretty much unnecessary.

Then again all server hosts are able to ban at their own discretion, seeing as it IS their server.

and wtf do you care if someone bans someone from his server for any stupid reason.
i perm ban everyone for simple hammering me once when im building.
i perm banned a guy last night for complaining that i wasnt using any gun addons on my server.
i perm banned a guy for talking about a rainbow shirt he had when he wasn't even currently using it.

forget everyone for being socially and video game'ly inept. stupid people so sensitive about bans. they should think first.
