Anti-spam emote
well, i got this off of prefect world (which i dont play, i gave it another chance, but just no, i still dont like it) which you can have smiles, and you can only have three smiles per chat option, i think this would work well for those people who try to praise add-ons, but spam all these different types of emotes, and other uses so it keeps the forum clean, i also think that when posting an Add-on map etc, there needs to be at least one link leading to the add-on or a pop-up will say that "Did you forget something? Maybe the link?"
