The house looks very nice. Did you plan it out first? Or planned it as you built?

I suggest making the garage smaller, because it's wider than or wide as the house. Also, for your backyard, instead of using rounds ( I usually find that it looks horrible ) IMO, you should use flat bricks instead. Use the blank print instead of the space print. It has more of a cobblestone feel to it. Another idea is re-sizing the chairs to a smaller size, I think they look too large. ( I'm not talking about the couches ) You could also move the pool outdoors, and just fill in the space with extra rooms. Maybe a fence around this place would also look nice. I mostly think that the land is kind of bland, but the house is nice looking.

Good luck on getting in!

I dislike the high amounts of JVS and Props, though it's a good build. If you fixed the JVS and Props, and if you really wanted to go the extra mile and build the cars from bricks, It'd help your chances of getting in.

I disliked the lack of detail in the build; for example, in the last picture, the office chair is standing on flats, where you could of just used 1x1f for the spots you need and change the others to tiles for that extra touch of detail.
Also, the garden is way too empty, add some fences and bushes.
And of course, what spock mentioned, too many props and jvs.

For a build this size I'd give it a 6/10, make it flawless before you display it.

I would say that you definitely have to fix the driveway and sidewalk, they need edges because it looks like they just suddenly... end and that just doesn't look right. And what in God's name is that awful white box in the last picture, if you were trying to make an x-box 360 it didn't turn out right at all.

But other then that I would say you did a good job!

6/10

7/10 if you take out JVS

5/10 for the bad use of props.

Ok i'll see what I can do.

It's pretty good as far as the interior goes, but I'm not a huge fan of the exterior.

for a house with 3 garages it looks rather small.

I dont like the props, the jvs, the 3 garages, and the wierd roof.....

Fix that and it would be AWESOME!!!

Props aren't good. JVS doors shouldn't be used that much. For Make 6 1x6x1's , and event so that the bottom goes first, the second lowest goes next, and so on. The highest should go last and and reappear first. Also, lern2takemegashots.

I agree, too many JVS and props. Your garden is just grass and some parts on the exterior are too bland. here are some steps you might need to take.

1.  5/10-Now
2.  6/10-Less JVS and Props
3.  7/10-Fix the exterior
4   8/10-Make a Garden
5.  9/10-Actually build the cars.
6.  10/10-Do all of these.
