Hmm.. Sounds like a side project for me. Flags are simple and easy to model and the scripting might not be that hard for me (A complete newbie in scripting) to make. But, I highly doubt that I will ever start/finish this. It's just a though. (Blender flat/smooth shading tutorials are appreciated.)
