Author Topic: Old war stories  (Read 1708 times)

Am I the only one that has an interest in old stories told by war vets?

You could at least give them a link to an archive of veteran war histories. Of course these are Americans and only go far back as World War I.

patience is a virtue.

I personally can't really understand without visuals, say if we were at the battleground he was talking about then I might get the full understanding of the situation.

I like listening to them, more than I do watching narrated visuals

You probably like reading books, I can't get any sort of feeling from books.

Nah, things like this interest me, more than watching a battle with narrations.

I shouldn't really say I don't like to read the books, considering I've never read a book about war. I think I might, now.
