I loving hate that argument so much. It's like they ignore all of the scientific research that's been done.

I just love it how Christians say "If there is no god, where'd the universe come from?" yet when you say "Then where'd God come from?" they say "He just always existed".

So why couldn't the universe have always existed? Because that would make sense, kind sir.

Damn inv3rted always has to flame christians and thinks all of them are handicapped. Thank goodness he isnt here yet........ He and some other single minded athesists have been flaming me for DEFENDING the Christian religion. I never tried to convert over the internet. You cant really change a persons religious belief by saying "THERE IS NO GOD YOU handicapped cigarette GET THE BIBLE OUT OF YOUR ASS!". Am im right?

Nice Christian language there...

He's an aitheist friend, he's saying
'DONT BELIVE IN GOD U cigaretteGGGS@!'
In a smarter way.
But the cover ups not working, he's a loving idiot.

You don't even bother to refute a single one of my arguments, and then you call me a loving idiot. I believe it is you who lacks intellectual ability, especially if you dismiss the perfectly logical and, so far, irrefutable points I have provided as talking "in a smarter way." You've proven yourself a massive hypocrite many times, and looks like this is another.

One of my best friends is Atheist. :) *Waves to Bisjac*

If there is no God, then where did the universe come from?
Where it came from? It didn't it was there, always.
At all, isn't a god bound to his world?
What's this argument now about the universe?

Stupid little believer.

If there is no God, then where did the universe come from? It had to start with matter, but matter can not be created nor destroyed, and that matter had to come into existence somehow, but according to science, that's impossible. So there must be a creator of some kind, that exists outside of time and space, otherwise the existence of the universe and matter itself would be impossible.

Yes, I know that because of this post I will be insulted and thought of as a handicap by others, and I do not care. Please actually consider this post seriously and know that insulting me isn't going to change anything.

what an amazing argument you have the- hang on! if you claim that god must exist because otherwise how was the universe created? what created god? you can't claim that god just always existed because that makes your argument here irrelevant.

God, if he indeed created everything, must have come into existence completely by chance. The odds of something appearing as complex as God by chance are so minute they could practically be ignored. Therefore, God would need something before him to increase the odds of his complexity, and this makes him not the creator of everything.

it's debatable.

I don't know why I bother, but you'd think if he created everything, he would already have existed and existed forever.

Life would be so much easier if people didn't try to think about god, religions, and life after death.
What is it about humans that makes need to know there is something after we cease to live?

Science says life on Earth was a freak accident. That it too just happened. So it's possible to support your opening sentence. But to assume that a god to just appear as is, that's unreasonable, I'll agree. Possible through eventual evolution, perhaps.

But oh noes, a paradox! What if a god could time travel, create the things he interacts with to evolve to what he is now. :o Which means God could very well be a human and evolve to be the god that creates us....

Okay for the last time... Religion arguments are loving pointless. No matter how much of a one sided argument it is, you aren't going to convince ANYONE

I think religion posts should be bannable, if they're just saying how something is right or wrong.

I wasn't. I was poking fun at my own religion and supporting Inv3rted's statement at the same time.

True: Big Rock + Gas = Earth.
False: Giant Man + Super Powers = Earth

That's the tl;dr.

I think some people are still trying to prove that Earth is flat.
