But she is missing an arm, meaning...

The missing arm, sliced hat and scar on her eye are all from being prototyped with the harlequin doll which has the exact same injuries (also visible on Nannaquin)
I also just noticed that first there was only one white orb on her ring, and now both are white (another prototyping has taken place)

Felt number 8
Missing an arm
Monarch of the black dudes.
Obviously one of those prototyped dudes, guessing by the appearance changes.
