Chat range mod

I think someone should make a mod for like rpgs so chat has a range s i stead of people a mile away seeing your chat only people like 32 feet or less away can hear you chat or you can yell an make it a 64 foot range great for things like assain builds in rpgs and makeing privasy in a rpg like admins can change the range for the yell and talk distance
