Make the sequel have him found falling into a cave, from a robot (?), and have him only use the sword, but dulled, and not able to deal as much damage...Good? :P

Almost happened to me once. Ugh 2nd form smashed me again.

I'm not sure about a new robot because there is no mention about any other characters in cave story or is the new robot going to be a killer robot?
