My IE runs normally. The only way I can think of yours being slow is either you put something on it, the manufacturers put something on it, or your processor is crap.

processor am crap :c but other browsers work fine. although IE was back when i didnt know stuff about downloading. chances are i downloaded a bunch of bad files onto it :D
