Skill or auto aimer probably skill.

Or the other guys connection might have been like 200 miliseconds faster. That's enough time to get off an extra 2 - 3 shots from an uzi that you wouldn't see/notice. And if he had weapon handling skill at 5+ and wasn't too far from you, pretty much every shot would hit.

We might need a new stat Vehicle handling.

blaman, sorry you can't have shadows on that computer.. your driver simply doesn't support the shaders necesssary to render them. That is unless you can find a way to update your drivers.. but I'm not sure if that's possible with integrated.

And onyx that would be lag. The game is still very very new and there aren't many servers up yet. And of the servers that ARE up.. they're just running from someone's house, most likely in a different country, and probably while their little sister is on facebook at the same time or something :p

As you can imagine, anyone who wants to host a dedicated server is very welcome!

Also it wouldn't be an auto aimer.. one good thing about new games is that they don't have hacks developed for them yet. I'm 99.9% sure there is no hacking in Subvein.

EDIT: glad to hear that it's just the lag, i live very far away from most servers

I'm going to be pessimistic and point out that most games end up with one team having a huge advantage in skills and levels and repeatedly mowing the other team down so much that they can barely gain 1 skill every 3 minutes :'(

Yup.. I count at least 6 blockland people in the server I'm playing in.

I have to agree with onyx about how after mabe a half hour, one team ends up with miniguns or seekers or something and wipes out/spawn kills the other team.

I haven't really noticed that, but  when I join a server that hasn't had the round restarted for a while or something, I'll get my ass kicked. I can usually catch up though :D

yeah I'm thinking of adding some sort of starting level system wheer if you join halfway through a server you come in at just below the average level or something like that.. makes it more accessible for new players, and also kinda fun to join into servers late game because you get like 10 skill points to invest however you please immediately.
