21 dollars + Steam

I have 21 dollars and Steam. I could buy Half Life Complete, or Garry's Mod, or whatever. It just needs to be 22 dollars or less. Anyone know of a good civ-type game I could buy?

Also, I might buy a RAM upgrade instead.

I actually considered saving up for a laptop or a Pandora, but if I did that I wouldn't have any money for a long time and I'd just have to play old pc games I've "beaten" or some freeware games.
