To paint. Then attach it, or upload to photobucket.

Worked for me, you're just doing it wrong, hit the Prt Scr button while looking at the desktop, go to Paint, hold in the left Ctrl key and hit V and then it should appear, if not, something maybe wrong with your computer, cause as far as i know, that should work with most computers
