Are you able to reformat?
If so, do it, have your PC go to screen saver after 1 minute of idle, and lock, so they can't access the PC.
Or use a hacking tutorial.
Should get rid of those nasty problems.Forget everything I said above, do a hacking tutorial, and while you're at it, you should find out a way to make yourself an administrator (if you're not already), and set parental controls on them, blocked all the time except for one hour.
Also, guys, there's nothing wrong with god-damned Vista. Stop blaming it.
