It's a custom event-type script ending in the extension TSC.
Most files Pixel uses are self-made, like the Orgyana Music Files (.org)

Well, uh... due to the lack of pixels, that hand was to be meant to be hidden behind the Yellow Lindel as he held it up, thus giving the illusion he was holding it.
