Personally, like I said earlier, I'm glad that he's got it within himself to do what he actually likes, rather than pusillanimous individualing out and just being something generic.
Sure it's not that manly of a costume, but it shows that hes got the balls to go out in public and take whatever stuff he gets for being who he wants to be.
