Combine Helmet Layout:

this is a layout of a 3D made combine helmet in paper, that I hope to fold before Halloween.
this layout is a .pdo so that it can show 3D paper layouts. It will definitely not be this small, I'm going to make it alot bigger and email it to one of the mac's to print it off. I will show the completed version (hopefully) when it is done.

I don't even have a costume yet.

INB4 Failure
yeah

i mean first you have to cut it out right (hard if you don't have a steady hand)
then you have to glue it or fold it or what ever you have to do (even harder)

so yeah pics when your done :D

That would take me like...

a Month.

I seriously doubt even a freestyle brain surgeon could do work precise enough to fold that.

and besides, I'd be making that out of something sturdier than paper if I were you.

You sir, are a .pdophile. :3

It took me a few hours to make a life-sized papercraft camera from Portal, and it was moderately hard.

This is going to be tough. Good luck.

wowwee, good luck on that helmet. ;) I hope it's bluish.

I'm making a full-sized, real head-mounting plushie headcrab. I'm sitting in the middle of my family room, cutting pieces to sew together.
(I needed to quickly post and couldn't write all of it. sorry about the sudden edit)

*Grandmother sits down sewing a scarf
"So, what're you making?"
"A full sized, real head-mounting plushie headcrab"
"Oh, that sounds nice"

Watch out for the head-humpers, Gordon!

Red scout FTW. That's my costume. I don't really care for the scout a whole lot, but he would be the easiest one to make; just a red T-shirt, a bat, and various other small items (fingerless white gloves, pack, etc.). Also, I'm normally blue, but the blue scout looks gay to me... So, red scout. Almost done, just need to find my headset!
