Not in my mind. Showing us how we were made could be all the evidence needed to prove there is a god. Whether or not this will cause a massive falling out of religion is really up to the individual. Will they see this as proof positive that life was created by a being with technology we can only see as omni-everything described in the Bible? There is a lot that has happened in the world since that book was written that if someone was brought from that time to ours, they would consider us gods or messengers from a god for all our accomplishments that would seem like nothing but magic and godly powers.

The Bible can not be held as a basis for solid religious fact and I admit that. However, I've never seen the Bible as complete 100% fact as it was written by man as his interpretation on what they at the time thought God wanted us to do. And Man as a whole is flawed so there is bound to be countless mistakes and inconsistencies in there. To use that as the sole argument against it is as faulty as trying to use it to prove anything. I see it simply as a book of moral tales and guidelines to help form a society in which people can coexist together. They needed something in order to form order and structure and it was most likely some person's idea that if we can get a whole town to live this way, why not try to spread the info around? And that eventually led to all the religious wars, strife, and lack of faith founded today. But that is only a guess, but most likely a very accurate one since Man is prone to want control even in the name of Religion or in the name of debunking religion. All human faults, fallacies, and misconceptions.
When that's the beginning of your argument, you forgeted yourself over, big time
Yes, they were made, however the televised argument to debunk that is that the Earth was in a state that life should not have been able to form in the first place. The atmosphere was too toxic, and the places that would have been perfect grounds for such formation of life was too remote for an electrical charge to set it off. I don't remember what show it was on, but they did a lot of tests on that and couldn't make primordial soup using proposed environments existing on Earth at that time. That is just my theory.
ya got me there. Although you seem to need to specify what type of theory. there are several types: the vernacular, and the scientific. The scientific theory, in today's world, is the closest something is to being proven true without physically seeing it (ergo, theories of gravity, not just laws). A vernacular theory is the word theory used by everyday people that everyone assumes is interchangeable with "assumption", "guesstimate", "estimate", and "crazy thought I just had"

I can't speak for anyone else but myself so my mind is the only logical point in which to start an expressed opinion from. I know myself and I know my beliefs. My mind is where it's all held. I don't have to say it every time I make a statement. Your statement was also made from your mind, so I suppose you equally screwed yourself over, hypocrite.

More than one person shares this point, possibly worded differently, but still that point is shared.

I'm not disputing that at all. Theories are theories despite how people categorize them. You can get as specific or generalized on a definition as you like to make someone else seem wrong. That's not difficult to do. But you're using that definition to completely dismiss something you can't disprove. All theories, scientific or vernacular, are equally valid. Scientific theories begin as vernacular theories when evidence is presented. And my belief is that Science will eventually explain God and how he did what he did.

Har har. Plenty of capitalist people believe some if not one point I've already made. Way to over specify to fit your needs.
