Author Topic: Ive noticed something about internet fads.  (Read 1692 times)

Ive noticed some new people joining the internet start with fads we are all over, Like Gir from Invader Zim, or Shoop Da Whoop, or Halo.

And as they spend more time, they use different fads. Untill they are on the same page as everyone else.

Its a strange though. Don't you think?

What?
I don't understand what you're trying to say

People new to the internet climb the ladder of fads, starting with the oldest and most tired, until they reach the top where all of us are.

I agree somewhat, and sadly, a large amount of people either can't climb fast enough, or a rung breaks and they're stuck screaming old stuffty memes and everyone hates them.

Such as people shouting out Portal Memes.

But once your higher, you can use fads from lower areas and not get yelled at.

I'm at the portal meme stage

cus I beat portal recently :p

Lets make an Official Ladder of Memes.

The Bottom rung is probably Halo, Shoop da Whoop, Gir and Lolcats.

Don't forget creepbear.

That is the stupidest meme ever

The bottom rung is more like hamster dance and all your base.

This is Sparta goes somewhere

I don't even care about memes.
All it is mainly is some guy in a robe screaming batstuff.

MASTUR CHEEF!!!!

Halo is not a meme, it's a game.

People liking the game and using avatars/names/etc from the game != meme
