Mini-game music

Its just a simple ad-on that adds an extra enable/disable box that turns on music in the mini-game.
Every player hears the music in the game. And yes, I want it to be able to pick your own music.

All current music for Blockland is in short loops (and should be, to reduce downloads) - these would get very annoying if you're forced to listen to them in certain servers with the default minigame mods...
