Well the criminal wont be jailed, he will be handcuffed.  Its just more realistic than the a policeman trying to hammer a criminal who's shooting at him.

For instance, the Police should have handcuffs, tasers, and when they kill a person with dems, they get no dems.

I know the dems is possible, someone did it but I forgot who.
The handcuffs are also possible, when Yuki had his City RP, he had handcuffs.
Tasers, everyone should know about.

I've done all of this on my [N] city rp, except handcuffs, and given cops tasing innocents dems to avoid taser abuse.

Here's an idea; Don't publicly release it. Try and get a system where people have to PROVE that they are responsible enough to not be a dumbass and abuse everyone in his/her server.

That should have happened with the original, as im sure you all would agree.

Maybe if you had more stuff to spend money on. Once you have a lot and what not all you can do is buy stuff to kill other players.
