They would be based on what color you are, like the Wall-E and Horse will do, and if your head is red, the eyes will be red.
Or other combinations.

They are an orb of little hairs sticking out, and 2 little round far-spaced from eachother eyes, and it's weight would be really light, but not 0, so it could "drift" on the air.
I would it also to come with another mod, like the Simple_well hat mod and it's AFK kicker, and it would be a command:

/setwind [a number describing how strong it is] [3 numbers to set what direction it is, like in events self ->spawnprojectile]

It would make it so if you jumped, it would make you addvelocity of the wing. Even on the ground, it would addvelocity the same but divided by 100.
