I checked out my local Halloween store for a costume, and I found the ~~Epic Fail meme mask~~ V for Vendetta mask.

I can't believe they had it, I bought it and am now using it as my costume.

It's the Guy Fawkes mask.
V in V For Vendetta wears the mask. It's not the "Epic Fail" meme mask.
The EFG wears the mask due to possibly the creator of the image being part of the Scientology Protests.

Not really. V uses the mask in the movie as a symbol for the revolution he starts/carries out.

I always thought EFG wore it cause Guy Fawkes really did 'epicly fail' at what he was trying to do.

But, I bought a GF mask last year for Halloween, too.
