ok i made the shortcut i put - mod editor behind the C:/blockland thing i push the F11 button but nothing happens also i tried setting open bricks as F11 but it put it as J instead. PS i have windows vista. it works on my XP laptop.

What works for me is to open the .bat file before blockland opens, then bind a key in the GUI Menu, hit that and its open.

No, it was with V12, and I never got an add-on for it.

What the hell? That's an invalid add-on name.
It's the file editor.zip which comes default that has everything.
