EMP_Rifle
When top scientists came to Cambridge asking for the blueprints to the EMP rifle.
We lied, We told them that we no longer had them.
But we did.
So that summer, we decided to finish one of the best military grade rifles.
A rifle that could stun vehicles, and do moderate amounts of damage while
such vehicle was stunned.
Later that evening, One of our colleges leaked a photo of the gun on the internet.
On a forum called "Blockland Forums"
So gentlemen...
I'm twelve years old.. And what is this?
Effects-Stuns vehicles for 5 seconds and de-mounts players mounted.
-Does 40 damage on first hit and 20 on every hit during the stun period.
-Doesn't damage players.
