I just got a great idea for a serverside script. A script that creates wind, yeah and it has a gui that lets you set the wind speed, turn it on or off, set wind direction(s), set height of the wind (set the wind close to the ground and, or above it,) and a random wind command. (button)NO FLAMING!!!

We don't use scripts unless its client side from my stand point.

What?

What the hell would this wind even do?

1. Your title isn't very specific.
2. Why would you need wind?

NO FLAMING!!!

Settin' yourself up there

What would the wind do?
It cant just destroy builds, can it?

And continuously being pushed along would be very annoying. Especially since It probably wouldn't take into consideration bricks as shelter, so you'd probably be pushed along even inside a building. (If it's possible for a "wind" process to take bricks into consideration, I wouldn't know, so don't bug me if I'm wrong or whatever)

Could make it take bricks into consideration: spawn a projectile from some offset point of the player(decided by direction) if it hits the player(as in, no bricks in the way), push it.

This would actually be very cool.

Wind in Torque =  Emitter wind.

But it would have to be a HUGE distance (the spawn point of the wind), or eles bigger buildings would not work, unless you were near a wall that is in the way of the wind...

Or you could put wind on a map... Unless you want it to do something besides effecting precipitation.
