OS don't even support 6 to 152 GB of RAM yet.
They only support 4GB if it's a 64bit OS. 3GB for 32bit.
False.  64 bit can handle much more than that.

I have eight gigs of ram.

I have eight gigs of ram.
Why would you do something like that.

Adobe Premier 4 only takes 2. Real time video editing is one of the most memory taxing things I can think of, and unlike a processor, if you're not using 100% of your RAM, then the rest is just not used at all. If you buy 8 but you only ever use 2, then you just bought 6 too many gigs of RAM.

You don't use many programs at once do you?
8 Gigs is mostly standard with game users nowadays anyhow.
