Xbox purchasing decisions

I have two broken Xbox's (very old) and one new one that I'm borrowing from a friend. I can get an arcade at Wal-mart for $200 with a $100 Wal-mart gift card tomorrow morning.

Should I do it?

Go for arcade if you want highly limited storage space.
I doubt you could fit more than one content pack for any game with arcade.

If you save up more, and don't mind losing your games, maybe you should get a PS3.  It seems that Xboxes don't like you.  But, I doubt you want to switch to it.
