Many things could of happened about the Mayan calender, for one, they could of stop writing on it, or they could died out, or something similar

They died out in the middle of creating a system to measure time? How does a civilization fall in a few seconds?

I don't really believe it...

I don't really believe it...

It was written on a circle. Plus I don't believe this, nor the LHC apocalypse, which never actually happened last year.

I don't know what will happen.

Ask me in 2012.

Humans really don't need time machines. We forget things up enough as it is, let alone with the ability to go back in time and forget up what we forgot to ruin beforehand.

If someone gained access to go into the past and forget stuff up, then maybe that was part of their purpose.

If I live to see the end of the world, I want to die in it. The post apocalyptic world would really suck to live in, so, if by chance there are some people who don't actually die in the apocalypse (right around here I delete some stuff to avoid a religious war)   I don't want to join them in their daily struggle just to get some damn breakfast.

Unless if course it is EXACTLY like Fallout 3.

I'm pretty sure there wouldn't be invisible barriers preventing you from leaving DC.

At least Wikipedia is smart enough to leave that joke out of there.
