Author Topic: What joints do you add to different types of models?  (Read 1847 times)

Just try right in the middle, and if it doesn't work out, there's an offset value for shapebaseimagedata datablocks. You could just make the 3rd number higher or lower to fix it.

i dont script so i have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA what you just said, english please

If you would look at another hat script for more than half a second you would know exactly what I'm talking about.

These are the common joints I know

Images:

Root
mountNode
muzzleNode
ejectNode
<insertnamehere>Node

Players:

Root
mount0 to 8
cam
eye
All others are up to you

Vehicles:

Root
mount0 to 32
hub0 to n
cam
eye
<insertvehiclenamehere>100 (For LOD fixing. You may need to assign all non-moving parts to this joint)

Joints are places where you can mount stuff on...
They don't do anything but being like glue.
You can glue stuff togheter with it practically.
They are used in models.

Stop double posting guys, instead use the edit button.

Also, both should stop being idiotic to eachother.
No offense for both.
