This comment right here, you're being a pompous richard to anyone with contradicting views. You're showing how immature you are, and how you have no idea what you're talking about. You're no better than a fundamentalist spouting completely one sided criticisms.

Also you're easy troll bait.
Asking you to give me an example of something is nowhere close to being a richard. I've never insulted nor criticised anyone here, and even if I did I am sorry for it.

I'm not trying to convince anyone here, I'm trying to straighten out some things you guys say. For example, when Inv3rted brought up the verses I explained that we believe that the Old Testament is not much meaning since there is a new way of salvation. That's it, I don't know why you keep trying to insult me when I am simply trying to correct what you say about my religion. Since I believe in that religion, I obviously know more about it. You have your religion, I have mine, the end.

It is impossible to tell which one is more reliable. Science is not 100% reliable and you cannot test the reliability of the Bible.

People should just believe what they want.

You say the Old Testament doesn't count? Okay, then why do you believe in Biblical Creation?

I never said it doesn't count. I said "doesn't have much meaning". I worded it wrong though, I meant that the way of salvation is different which also changes what people do when they sin.

old testament still applies in all aspects except giving livestock and crops to god to get into heaven.
your all wise and perfect god changed his mind on that one.

The Jewish people still go by the old Testament, so your argument is more with them than anything. Either way, historical text is just as feasible as any new testament would be. Even if current faith we believe in no longer follows old testament.

Why would God change his mind? Isn't he omniscient?

traded one silly pagan ritual of giving gifts to a god for salvation to another silly pagan ritual of giving 1 man for salvation.

seems like god is a pretty sick person. with his priorities all lost.
so much symbolism for nothing. is that what a real god would be doing?

Not to mention he created people with the ability to be tempted and then he creates something to tempt them and then he blames them for breaking a rule.

Well if god created us to behave and be mindless drones, he would have. That doesn't make the show "Reality Earth" all that interesting.

God is omnipotent, is he not? He can decided the way anything is in the multiverse, right? Who is to say you cannot have free will and no evil? Just because we cannot comprehend it does not mean it's not possible.

the bible explains in detail how god createrd angels as a separate entity for the sole purpose of praising him all day.
while he creates us separately to earn the right to.
i miss the point. if he craves the attention so bad why couldn't he have just made more angels and no people?

Christians will claim we have freewill, thats the point in us being here learning to love god and not sin. but in the end we earn the right to have all freedoms/memories and personal self taken away in heaven.
forget that

of course the average christian wouldn't ever have thought of that, they don't read the bible.

I can see your point on that, but at least we're given a life of said free will in order to sin our selves silly and get it out of our system. And yes, I agree, he is a bit dependent on how people act towards him. But we have plenty of attention whores on this forum as well.

So you openly admit God isn't perfect?
