It might be possible, but Badspot doesn't want it to be made, thus it would be useless unless it's a private mod. I'd have to look into it more before telling whether it's impossible or not, but I'm not going to.

I find it rather humorous that some people submit their save on the forums for everyone to use.
But then there's people who are selfish and only want pride out of their builds and will let no one else have it.
