Author Topic: Best Zelda game?  (Read 1550 times)

I'd get 4 swords if you have friends, 4 GC to GBA connectors, and 4 GBA's.
Also the GBA version of 4 Swords that comes with a Link to the Past.

OOT, LTTP, Four swords, TP and WW.

Ocarina of Time

Link to the past

OoT puts the 'oot' in Woot

I've never played 4 Swords, but it seems like something that should be remade on DS for the easier connection.

The only zelda game that didn't rock before wii was zelda 2: The Adventure of Link, it is my dad's favorite we have it on the NES but I didn't like it at all. It is like pokemon where you walk around in grass and then a battle begins, but instead of a battle you fall into a side-scroller dungeon and fight your way out.
kinda freakin' hated that one. I personally loved Minish Cap (GBA) and Majora's Mask. The replay value in both of those is very high. I liked Twilight princess second best, for some reason. I think Ocarina of Time comes in at a close third mainly because it's so quick to finish (if you've beaten it a million times) and isn't that hard. Not the first three weren't easy, I just found them more challenging than Ocarina of Time

Link to the Past was my favorite.

But statistics show Ocarina of Time was the best.

statistics my ass. That game is somehow "the best". I really do not see how it is the best Zelda game, at all

How so, sir?

there are better games, like Majora's Mask or Twilight Princess. Not to say it's the worst Zelda game (that's why Zelda 2 exists) but it most definitely is not the greatest

TP was greater Graphic wise

YO MAJORA'S MASK, IM HAPPY FOR YOU, AND IMMA LET YOU FINISH, BUT OCARINA OF TIME HAD ONE OF THE BEST STORY LINES OF ALL TIME.

That's pretty much the jist of it.

I do like Majora's mask more than Ocarina.

What you're saying is your opinion, sir.

Majora's Mask. It's actually a game where you'll feel emotion.
Ocarina of Time is just a story where you play the main character in it, save a princess, cliché.
However, in Majora's Mask, you ARE that person, you sympathize with Skull Kid. The story isn't just revolving around you, it revolves around helping skull kid and what happens to you while you're doing so.
