I understand where you are coming from, and although it's fun to recreate things from other games I still rather encourage a mod that is original to Blockland. Like stated earlier in the post, no matter how much you discourage unoriginality it will still be supplied in over-whelming abundance. Even so some game based add on's are executed fairly well and can be entertaining.

While this may be slightly true, it's quite nice to have the knowledge you can still in some ways play your favorite games in blockland.

An upside to this is the ease in mapmaking, would you rather spend 10 days making that map, perfecting optimization, adding events, etc, or would you rather spend two days placing the bricks and spawn points and those other premade tf2 items? Sure, it may not be as fun as the real thing, but it's the second best thing.

Would you rather have a non modeled Bonesaw with Sword sounds, or A Bonesaw with a loving epic model, neat sounds, scripts too make it insta crit certain things, custom animation, death CI, weapon CI, and more? No. Blockland is also a sandbox game. You can do whatever you want to make. I don't encourage massive ports from other games but I do suggest to make new stuff at Blockland. You can't "kill" the fact that people find it entertaining while others don't. All people have their own wants. You can't just tell them to "want" what you "want." I bought this game out of its freedom to do with it, and I'm sick of some whining cigarettes who desperately troll threads that they "think" doesn't needed to be in Blockland. Everyone deserves the right to create stuff. You also can't "kill" the fact that people can find it amusing to make stuff that is already at other games, in which they think adds to their enjoyment. You sir, are not a dictator of people's wants.

tl;dr Just let people do what they want. If you don't want it, ignore it.
