I got this when i was reading that one disaster mod topic thing, anyways, it would be a report posting the time, date, Temp, and likely of rain, snow, Etc (or nothing :P)

look something like this...

12:00 AM, January 7, 1998, Temp 77, possible rain

idk, i thought it could of been the first part, then an added part, or add-on to it
