Author Topic: I got vaccinated.  (Read 5862 times)

H1N1 Vaccinated. Simple shot, a little sore. I'm now invincible.
In a few weeks, I am going to have to get the nasal spray for piggy flu...

Funny, you guys have no idea what's inside the H1N1 vaccine do you?  If the media didn't spread the news about swine flu people would just think it is the regular flu.  Btw, the vaccine increases the chances of your kids being down syndrome.  Good day sir.

ever seen the movie, "I am Legend?"

its like everyone who got the shot turns into those weird zombie things...

What's really funny is that the vaccine is actually the flu itself but in a dumbed down form so your body can recognize it faster. Surprise, you now have Swine Flu!
Actually, they just take out the genetic material, leaving the body. That is basically an harmless shell for your body to find a way to get an antibody to tag that.

Well, they breed the viruses without genetic material. Not really take it out in a sense.

Genes are required for reproduction.

I thought spindle had the dumbest post of the day until I read this.
H1N1 is not a super deadly pandemic that a lot of idiots think it is. That being said, there is a reason why the vaccination is good. In Mexico City, when the virus first started becoming headline news, many people were getting sick and therefore staying at home. This had devastating effects on the economy. The purpose of the vaccine is so that you don't have to stay at home recovering. The same thing could happen with the regular flu, but everyone is already vaccinated against that. That's why the vaccine is important.
Actually the only reason I got the shot was because my girlfriend was freaking out so I said I'd get it with her.
