No he probably forgot to rename it.
Files in the rtb archive don't have the prefix, so he probably just has vehicle.zip or something. It needs to be called Event_Vehicle.zip.

often the scripts and commands don't work. i like the idea. BTW you should ask people if they can make an item called dice and it would be two dice you should consider that.
