Never will blockland will make the key FREE and plus Badspot needs the money so he can have a house,food,and other stuff he needs

There is already a fix around that, the fix is called 'Zones'. You can set the zone as water and build in it as well.

There isn't any way for water bricks to allow bricks to be placed inside them. This would require some significant hacking up of the entire blb code.
