I looked across the map and found out that Badspot's server is located in Houston :O

In that case, I am now absolutely positive that the guy I saw at the grocery store who looked like Badspot is Badspot.

Houston is pretty much the dedicated server capitol for the U.S. If you buy a dedicated server you'll probably be in Houston, or have a choice to host in Houston.
