You build up defenses against zombies?

So basically a Zombie apocalypse survival game in which you build your own barricades and go out searching for supplies and survivors.

I know not of the title, but I do remember playing such game. Might you be meaning FP, side scroller, TP...etc?

Any type really the gameplay is what counts, not camera angle/position.

Well, dead rising you look for weapons and supplies, and you search for survivors...that might be close to what you are looking for
