Being on these forums is far from a popularity contest for me, as you may be able to tell. Feel free to point the forum rage machine at me, it isn't the first time and it certainly won't be the last.

I am selective about who I "single out" because it is near impossible to just attack a segment of a community in general. The forum lynch mob know who they are and when I address Spockticus/Mobyus they can assume I am also talking to them. We're obviously losing sight of the aim here which is to stop this GreenBH bullstuff and I'm not going to "give it a rest" until you guys can stop making these stupid threads.

If a "ego bandwagon" has formed, why do you choose to ignore it? It doesn't take a bandwagon to show your ego, people can figure that out on your own. Just because somebody disagrees with you doesn't mean we have some sort of "lynch mob" or "ego bandwagon". It's actually quite possible for us to form our own opinions. The fact that this opinion is widely shared should concern you. How do you expect to moderate a forum of people who have no respect for you, and in turn you have no respect for?

A "while back" was not all that long ago, and age does not nullify relevance in this case. You curse a lot and you use oversized fonts. Whether it's 30 or 90pt is irrelevant. Sure I can disagree with his posts, much like I can disagree with many of your own. Again, this is an irrelevant point.

You can continue to try and "take on the giant ego monster" for major respects by trying to hasilty put together some weak arguments and accusations, or you can accept that your lynching of a forum member is unnecessary and inappropriate. You cannot defend your own actions, nor the actions of others so I think I'm done here trying to show you what you're doing wrong. Leave the kid alone, already. If he becomes a real problem, then a real moderator will sort it out. Not a little vigilante gang.
