I think a for life jail sentence would be enough.

And Humans have no right to choose whether they take a human life or not.

Sure there are wars and such, but a person who murdered that you have captive in court has every right to live.

EDIT: A little more on topic, I personally agree with Skele and Rughugger, having seen their posts. I'm all for a death sentence. If you kill someone the logical punishment is death. If you rape someone, the logical punishment would be rape, but since that's not really too much of a punishment, death works too.

I think the death sentence is inhumane and wrong. If you were to be put in jail for life, I think the long suffering in jail is good enough. Nobody deserves to die for what they do. What if they suddenly repent against thier sins? Yeah yeah I'm a christain; deal with it.

Thats what I hate about religious people.
They do something bad and then their excuse is: "God forgived me and removed my sins."
